Nick's class performed the final song "The Whole Barnyard is Singing"

 

Farmer McDonald's cow would not moo.  All of the animals tried to figure out how to help.  The pigs performed "Ham it Up", the sheep sang "Lost Sheep", the Chicks performed "Cute Chicks", the Turkeys sang "Gobble Now" and then Nick's class finished with "The Whole Barnyard is Singin'".

 The boys had a lot of ground to cover this year (biggest yard we've ever had).  They ran all around hunting eggs so they were out of breath by the time they were done searching : )

Thanksgiving 2011

Winter the Dolphin

Winter is Nick's class pet.  Everyone gets to bring her home for a weekend and write about what they did with Winter in her journal.  Nick had been looking forward to this since he found out about it the first week of school!

 

1st entry:  We went to Davis's house after school for a playdate.

2nd entry:  We went to Owen's soccer game

 

It was chilly out, so Winter stayed warm in Nick's stocking hat and a blanket

3rd entry:  Winter went to a birthday party and got to jump around in the bounce house.
