At Granny's with Lil' Kyra

Hmm. I wonder who Kyra is calling... Maybe she needs help putting her groceries away since Owen is busy checking out a lid and wooden spoon. :)

Woohoo! Hold on Kyra! I made that little rocking horse when I was in junior high so that I could have something cute to put my stuffed animals on. I never imagined that I would have kids that would use it! : )

Deanna Rose Childrens Farmstead

Aunt Melanie suggested that we take a little drive and visit the Deanna Rose Childrens Farmstead. I am so glad she did! It was alot of fun!!! Here's all 3 of my guys mining for precious gems. We got to bottle feed baby goats which was really fun! Nick ofcourse had to ride the peddle tractor! And, you better believe that if Nick is doing something, Owen will be following right behind. There were so many fun things for the kids to do. It was a blast!

We went to KS for Kyra's 2nd birthday in September. Nick & Papa getting some snuggle time in.

Owen is totally an animal lover. He was very interested in this little kitty named Moo Shoo.

Lil' Artists

We are really seeing "Anything you can do, I can do" around here. It goes both ways too. Owen and Nick copy eachother. Owen thought it looked like fun to draw on the easel since big brother was. Nick thought it looked like fun to crawl into the easel like little brother did (don't have a picture of that unfortunately).

These two crack me up! Look at them! Nick's reading a book and Owen's working on the laptop. Talk about a glimpse into the future...

Look Mom! I picked out all my clothes and dressed myself! And, I'm wearing this to church tonight. Seriously...

I love this picture! I was very impressed with Nick's drawing. He's becoming quite the artist. If you are wondering, the picture is of a marshmallow with a face and legs. : )

Owen's 1st Birthday Party

We had a small party for Owen's first birthday. It was nice having the pool since it was so hot outside! We ate lots of yummy food and had a great time playing outside.

Owen needed a little assistance blowing out his candle and Nick was happy to help.
Didn't need any help eating it though.

Owen loved playing with the balloons. Aaahhh, the simple things are so fun!!

Jeep Rides
